2 oz Stu's this is bloody mary concentrate

6 oz Tomato juice

1 oz vodka

- directions -

01 - Combine ingredients in a pint glass with ice and garnish with a Stu’s Sour pickle.



3 celery stalks (plus more for garnish)

1 cucumber (plus more for garnish)

4 tomatillos

1/2 green bell pepper

2-3 jalapeños

1 small yellow onion

3 oz. fresh lime juice

1/2 cup fresh cilantro

6 c. water

1.5 oz of Stu's Bloody Mary Mix

1.5 oz. of vodka per drink


01 - Remove stems and peels from the cucumber, tomatillos, and peppers.

02 - Coarsely chop all the vegetables and herbs. Purée them all. Separately or together, it doesn't matter.

03 - Combine purée and lime juice into a large container and stir in the water. At this point you can get a feel for what the drink is going to taste like. Though it will probably get hotter.

04 - Add Stu's Mix.

05 - Let the mixture sit in the refrigerator for an hour.

06 - Serve about 5 oz. of mix with 1.5 oz. of vodka in a glass over ice. Garnish with cucumber and celery. Or however you like.

2 oz Stu's this is bloody mary concentrate

6 oz Tomato juice

1 oz aquavit (a Scandinavian spirit)


01 - combine in a pint glass over ice

02 - follow instructions for stu's holiday bloody merry and garnish with a rosemary sprig.

add on- hickory smoked Bacon rim

fry 3 strips of bacon till they are quite crispy then remove from heat and dry between 2 sheets of paper towel. Pulverize the strips in food processor until they become a fine powder. Shake the powder out over a shallow plate. Pour a small amount of water onto a shallow plate as well and add a few dashes of liquid smoke to the water. Dip the rim of the pint glass into the liquid then the powder.
