Our Knights of Columbus Lodge 212 located in the Bronx, NY does some great charitable work in donating to Calvary Hospital (people with cancer who cannot be cured), schools in our community and the poor.
We are having a charity event where proceeds will go to Villa Marie Academy. We are seeking some raffle prizes and/or door prizes for our event… Gift card etc… The event raffle will occur in early April 2025. We would be grateful if you could participate in donating to our event? We would appreciate anything. Our lodge member Vincent Mandile is the contact for donations. He can also be reached at 718-757-4915 if there are ANY questions. The event, again, is a community event held at our lodge here in the Bronx and ALL proceeds go to the benefit of the school and children. Also, please feel free to send any promotional materials and we will gladly give them to all in attendance. We do patron those who assist. So far we have rec’d donations from many restaurants, the NY Yankees, Rangers, the Intrepid, The Fishkill Renegades, The New Victory Theatre, The Red Bulls, Legoland etc.
The Knights was formed to render financial aid to those who need it. Mutual aid and assistance are offered to sick, disabled and needy members and their families. Social and intellectual fellowship is promoted among members and their families through educational, charitable, religious, social welfare, war relief and public relief works.
